Japan has built another giant robot.

Giant Robot Update!

Days after the completion of the RX-78 Gundam in Japan, it has begun to move. Luckily it is only the head, however, how long until its limbs devour the skies and its feet quake the earth! Also the head is equipped with guns, so i guess we’re kind of screwed.

The end of the world looks beautiful.

Remember that big ass Gundam replica? Even though he terrified me, he was my friends. We were tight, thick as thieves. Well, that was until I saw this:

Look at those dead, judgmental eyes. Just look. He is mad at me. I'm not sure what I did, but this Gundam is damned pissed at me. Maybe it's because I've been spreading the gospel, or maybe he is just alone and scared. He is stuck to the ground, you know? Wouldn't you be mad?

Either way, at this point, in my eyes, everyone is on their own. Giant, beautiful looking robots are going to kill all of us in a matter of days. I will miss you, all of you, I mean that.

It's almost like Japan is TRYING to cause the robot apocalypse.

This was built for The big Gundam fest in Tokyo. I'm calling it "The" big Gundam fest because if your festival has built a 60 foot replica of the thing its celebrating then it's really the only festival that matters. This isn't anywhere near the actual size of a real Gundam, but damn, that is impressive. On the plus side: I guess you could say the Earth Federation already has their first, albeit small, Mobile suit. On the downside: Holy shit, Japan is making giant, possibly homicidal, robots.
