On Recent Deaths

I know Scott mentioned the recent death in the most recent posts (Michael Jackson, Farah Fawcett, Ed McMahon)

Here's a thought (and a nerdy one at that, in the tradition of the blog):

The Blackest Night is coming out, which features the ever-popular Black Hand, a diabolical villain who has been granted the ability to raise the dead, or more specifically dead famous and/or super-powered people. I'm probably the only one who thought about this but who else thinks its weird and creepy that so many famous people are dying?

They might just come back to life :P

Blackest Night Updates

Blackest Night Panel. I assume the comics have started, i know it is this week but I am unsure on what date. I will have to travel to Comicopia and ask Matt Lehman.

This panel features the Black Hand, a villian of the Green Lantern, Hal Jordan, who is now one of the first Black Lanterns. Apparently, he has also become Jennifer Love Hewitt, in the sens that he is now a Ghost Whisperer.

I think its great that they are going to bring back a bunch of dead people (yay Martian Manhunter!) even if they are kind of evil and such. Either way, I am more than excited!
